Students (bachelor’s, master’s, PhDs) must provide proof of their professional status to receive our reduced registration rates. This document must be sent to organization@balticflow.org immediately after registration to confirm the specially reduced registration fee.

The registration fees are not refunded.
Membership for 2026:
During registration to BFCS2026 you can renew your membership/become a member by providing membership fee for 2026: € 20. In case you want to become a member and register with reduced price rates, please fill in the membership form HERE and proceed with „BFCS member“ registration together with membership fee.
Membership benefits: reduced registration rates, access to the BFCS network, priority news, training invitations, and more.
*For students (bachelors, masters, PhD) membership is for free.
Gala dinner event:
Join us for a spectacular Gala dinner at the Wellton hotel Panorama Hall on the 8th floor of the Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel with a terrace and a view of the Daugava river and Old Riga (Address: 11.Novembra krastmala 33, Rīga LV-1050, Latvija) on 20th of March (7 pm).
The restaurant will serve a 3-course dinner and a selection of drinks (wine, beer, juices, tea/coffee).
Ticket price: 75 eur. Tickets are limited. Purchase when you register to secure your place.
